Acid Rooster, a hypnotic three-piece from Leipzig, Germany, crafts an enthralling blend of instrumental Psychedelia, Krautrock, and Space Rock. Their music—driven by a dynamic fusion of bass, drums, and guitar/keyboards—channels the raw energy and spirit of decades of psychedelic experimentation. Our creative collaboration began as a long-distance exchange, evolving into an ongoing partnership that has brought their music to life visually. Together, we’ve produced multiple music videos for tracks from their albums Flowers and Dead Souls and Hall of Mirrors, both released through Tonzonen (EU), Cardinal Fuzz (UK), and Little Cloud Records (US).
Both projects have embraced analogue video processing techniques, forging a distinct aesthetic that visually mirrors the band’s hypnotic, otherworldly sound. Through experimental video feedback and analogue manipulation, our work together has shaped a singular fusion of sound and vision—one that continues to evolve with each new project.
